How does the returns process work?

Upon receiving your merchandise, we will process your items by scanning them into our database with over 900 manufacturers to identify return eligibility based upon the manufacturer's return goods policy. Next we ship your merchandise directly to manufacturers that do not require a Retun Goods Authorization. If an RGA is required, we will request the authorization, and ship your merchandise as soon as the RGA is received. Detailed inventory reports will be provided within 48 hours of processing.

What is the Estimated Return Value?

The Estimated Return Value or "ERV" is an estimate of the most current market value of the merchandise in your return based upon known manufacturer policies.

When will I get my credits?

The time will vary by manufacturer. Although The Rx Exchange completes its portion of the return within 48 hours, we do not have control of the manuafacturers or their 3rd party processors. In general, you should start seeing checks and credits within four to six weeks.

How does The Rx Exchange's guarantee work?

Our database is constantly updated to ensure the most accurate assessment of credit/refund value, but manufacturer policies and pricing are subject to change without notice. We work very hard to get the ERV correct, but if we over-estimate the return value, we will refund that portion of our processing fee. If the amount you receive exceeds our estimate, we consider it a success, and you keep the overage. Print out a written copy of our guarantee here!
